BIO:  Jed P. Weber, M.D. is a board certified Neurological Surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery.

He then relocated to Palm Harbor, Florida in 2000 where he joined Neurosurgery Associates.  In 2004, Dr Weber started his own neurosurgical practice and currently serves the Tampa Bay Area to include Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties.  Dr. Weber is currently on staff with Morton Plant Mease Hospitals.  He operates primarily at the Mease Dunedin Neuro-Spine Center in Dunedin, Florida.  

Dr. Weber has committed himself to refining his surgical skills and techniques to allow him to work through smaller incisions in order to develop new minimally invasive procedures.  Utilizing fiberoptics, lasers and the latest advances in computer imaging and microscopic guided spine surgery to insert new and smaller implants, Dr. Weber remains a leader in the field of Neurological Spine Surgery.

Dr. Weber was born and raised in Robinson, Illinois.  He began his medical training at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD and received his medical doctorate with honors in 1989. 

Dr. Weber interned in General Surgery at Johns Hopkins and pursued Neurosurgical training at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He completed his medical training as Chief Resident in Neurosurgery in 1996 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, where he specialized in Spinal Surgery as well as Trauma Surgery.  Dr. Weber joined a private Neurosurgical practice in Boulder, Colorado in 1996 where he practiced General Neurological Surgery for four years.

Noted for his compassionate bed-side manner as well as his exceptional skill and surgical technique, Dr. Weber is a highly trained Neurosurgeon who utilizes the most advanced minimally invasive approaches for various complex spine conditions, diseases and injuries.
